Søren is a partner in Punct Law and has provided expert legal advice with a focus on real estate law for over 20 years. During this time, Søren has worked on virtually every aspect of real estate law. This includes commercial leases, acquisitions and sales, construction law, planning law, easements, articles of association, and others. He has argued court cases before the City Court, the High Court and conducted a wide variety of arbitration cases.
Søren has particular expertise regarding project development and real estate transactions, often working with major players in the real estate industry.
Søren also advises on contractual matters, company law, and M&A.
