In the early years of his career as an assistant attorney and as an attorney, Peter received general training from Jonas Bruun (now known as Bruun & Hjejle). This training covered virtually every area of corporate commercial law (e.g. business contracts, M&A, employment law, IPR and TMT) and dispute resolution.
Peter has maintained his broad legal knowledge, but now focuses on company law, M&A, and dispute resolution. Within the field of dispute resolution, Peter has recently worked on large, complex cases that deal with management liability in connection to the financial crisis, larger arbitration cases, and securities litigation. Peter has had the right to appear before the Supreme Court since 2017.
