Since 2019, Martin has specialised in commercial litigation and arbitration. He is an experienced litigator who has conducted many cases before the district courts, the Maritime and Commercial Court and the high courts.
Martin was certified as an arbitrator in 2025 and regularly assists clients in arbitration cases at both the VBA and the Arbitration Institute, as well as in ad hoc arbitration cases.
Martin has also taught at the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen for several years. He has taught both Contract & torts law as well as Civil Procedure Law.
Martin is an active member of the Danish Arbitration Association, Young Arbitrators Copenhagen, Copenhagen Dispute Circle and Danske Procedureadvokater.
